We interrupt this trip to the Days Past website to bring you this important message:

The software for website creation has changed over the years, making some of those used previously for this site obsolete.  Because of this obsolescence some recently discovered (really, in a box, in a garage) items could not be (easily?) added to the existing Days Past website.  They are presented below for your interest and enjoyment.

When you are ready to go to the full Days Past website, click on the red “Continue” button below.

If you click on the typed page below, a “slideshow” of the pages will open.  You can read a history of the S’Renco family.  This would be Ira’s mother’s family.  There are also some family photos and a variety of family tree.

Luanne and Ira are members of the Osher Marin Jewish Community Center (JCC).

When the JCC expanded to include more facilities on a site that also included Congregation Rodef Sholom and Brandeis Marin Elementary School, Luanne and Ira contributed and became a Founding Family.

In addition, when Ira’s mother Viola moved to San Rafael, the JCC noticed that our membership spanned three generations.  This novelty was used twice on the covers of the JCC monthly magazine.

Yes, that is how we all looked in 1997.

Jeremy and Michele each autographed this page.

Here we are again, this time with Viola’s husband Charles.  She re-married in her 70’s after the death of Ira’s father, Mitcheal.
