Asheville, North Carolina
In August of 2014 all of the children, their spouses and the grandchild went to Asheville for a weeks vacation. This was the first time all 7 of us had been together.
We hiked in the Smokey Mountains, rode Segways on the massive Biltmore Estate, and ate in many great restaurants. The latter was a real accomplishment since the seven of us all had dietary restrictions: 3 vegans/vegetarians, 1 omnivore, 1 no dairy, 1 no flour & sugar, 1 breast milk only. But it all worked out and everyone got what they needed.
